The m-jackson.com website is a 'TLC Productions' project. TLC is short for "The Legend Continues" . TLC has been actively involved with Michael Jackson since the eighties and the fanclub started in 1992. We've always been an International fanclub with members all around the world. For years we have published a quarterly magazine called: "Tribute" and later two "MJ Times" newspapers.
In April 1994
we received a letter from
Mr. Jones, vice president of MJJ productions, thanking us for our
support and with the
request from Mr. Jackson to send five copies of our Tribute fanzine to
them in future times.
The idea for the Internet site was born in May 1996 in Monte Carlo while being at the World Music Awards. We were actually the very first Michael Jackson fanclub represented on the Internet. Starting with a small home page we soon grown into one of the biggest and most prominent Michael Jackson websites in the world. We provided fans with the lastest news, pictures, stories, a shop, the opportunity to participate in competitions and fan events. We continue to do so as true legends never die.

m-jackson.com has been chosen for an Editors Choice Award, by the
editors of GoTo.com
Our site was chosen as Celebrity site of the day on 31 March 1998! They
apply strict standards to becoming Celebrity Site of the Day and about
our site they said: This Michael Jackson site tries to inform all the
fans by giving out good reports, nice updates and beautiful pictures
from Michael Jackson wherever he is."
On July 16th 2000 we received an e-mail congratulating us with the Links2go award. The page titled "m-jackson.com" by TLC Productions was selected as a Links2Go "Key Resource" in the Michael Jackson topic. Each quarter, Links2Go samples millions of web pages to determine which pages are most heavily cited by web pages authors. The most popular pages are downloaded and automatically categorized by topic. For topics like Music, where there are a large number of interested authors and related pages, it is harder to achieve selection as a Key Resource than for a special-interest topic, such as Quantum Physics. The Key Resource award is based on an analysis of millions of web pages. When Links2Go says the page is a Key Resource, they mean that the page is one of the most relevant pages related to a particular topic on the web today, using an objective statistical measure applied to an extremely large data set.
Statistics
Our Internet site http://www.m-jackson.com is one of the biggest
Michael Jackson site in the world. We have more than 30.000 unique
visitors a month (counting every IP addresses only once). In 1998 alone we had
1.8 million pageviews. Top day so far was December 27th when broke a
new record with more than 21.500 pageviews after publishing the lyrics
of a Michael Jackson demo song. Our log files on the server of
m-jackson.com. can count the pageviews and visitors. Netstat, an
official organization, also counted the visitors on the net for us.
On Tour
TLC has been on tour for months with Michael during the Dangerous tour,
the HIStory tour and many other occasions such as: The World
Music Awards, MTV Awards, Wetten Das, Britt Awards, shooting
of the HIStory teaser, MSG concerts, etc., etc. During many of these
occasions we have helped fans obtaining tickets for the show andr
arranged busses to welcome Michael at the airport or arriving at his
hotel.

Achievements
In 2003 we received a special CD with messages recorded by Michael Jackson while being in the recording studio's for his fans. Included on this CD are messages for charity as well as a Christmas and New years message.
In 2004 TLC started with its new foundation of a project with the name "Michael Jackson's Child-Support", supporting poor kids in Uganda (Africa) and Roemenia. In the future this organisation will have many charitable projectsin the name of Michael Jackson, helping children who otherwise would not have a future.
In 2005 Michael personally signs some copies of our MJ Times newspaper. Michael himzelf duplicated the MJ Times news paper at Neverland and gave it out to his employees to read, who gave us compliments after reading the newspaper.
